THE EXPERIENCE

When you arrive at the studio for your big day everything will be all set up and ready for your fabulous session. We will start with choosing outfits, then pampering you with a vintage makeover including makeup and hair styling.

After you are styled your fun photo shoot will begin. You will have usage of all props and will be guided with poses and facial expressions throughout your shoot.

When your shoot is all finished you will receive a packet including price list for optional gifts and prints.

within 3 days after your shoot you will receive an email with all of the photos taken during your session. There will be a few retouched so you can see the magic that can be created from the photos taken.  You may choose the photos that come with your package and order extra prints/gifts when you have a chance to review your gallery.

 

What is the cost and what does it include?

A: A Pinup Makeover & Photo Shoot starts at $250 which includes about an hour of makeup with an hour photo shoot costumes & props, with female pinup photographer Jeannette Cope. We have kept it very affordable for you to get the star treatment. If you would like false eyelashes they are an additional $5.00 for a set that can be re-used up to four times.

What are the extra costs?

A: If you would like prints or photo gifts there is a packet with all prices and information given to you at the end of your bombshell photo shoot.

How many pictures are taken?

A: Generally the number of photos depends on how fast you change costumes, how quickly you transition into poses, and how many looks you are trying for. There is no maximum number of costume changes, just whatever we can fit into the time allotted

I want to bring my own costumes and lingerie. Is that ok?

A: Of course, we always recommend the gals bring at least one outfit from home in the event ours do not fit you the way you were hoping.

Do you offer retro hairstyling?

A: Yes, all photo sessions include vintage hairstyling

I have never posed before. I am worried I will not know what to do.

A: Jeannette is a professional photographer who will work with you to create the best poses and looks. She specializes in posing women for their body type. We do recommend you practice posing in the mirror prior to your shoot though as facial expressions are very important.

What is required to book a shoot?

A: A $100.00 deposit is required to book all shoots. We do not hold any time slots without a deposit.

Can I bring my husband/boyfriend along with me?

A: No, for the comfort of other models that may be scheduled prior or after your shoot we do not allow men in the studio. Besides, it will be more of a surprise if he isn’t watching you.

 Can I book an additional hour of photo time?

A: Yes, if you are the last shoot of the day we would be happy to add an additional hour for $100.00 extra. A lot of women that are having calendars made opt for this additional camera time.

Is there any additional things I need to know?

A: Please show up with no makeup on and hair undone. Please bring a backup outfit or two in the event our costumes do not fit. Please bring a pair of heels with clean bottoms. (Dirty worn out shoes do not photograph well with poses where shoe bottoms show). Also if you want the real vintage pin-up girl look to be perfect definitely bring a pair of Cuban heel seamed thigh highs, the type that require a garter belt. If you would like false eyelashes please bring $5.00 for a set of pro eyelashes that can be reused up to four times.

1. It is understood that this Photographer/Studio is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract.

2. No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

3. The Studio/Photographer reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. The client signing this contract warrants the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Studio/Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of this Studio/Photographer.

4. Upon Signature, the Studio/Photographer shall reserve the time and date agreed upon. Unless the Studio is able to fully replace the canceled reservation, all sitting fees and deposits are non-refundable, even if the portrait is rescheduled or canceled for any reason other than inclement weather.

5. If, in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards of the Studio/Photographer, the photographer may elect to use an alternative location or reschedule the portrait.

6. If the Studio/Photographer cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty , strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to photographer's illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event that the Studio/Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio/ Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Clients order.

7. Client is aware that color dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of the dyes, and Client releases the photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading of discoloration due to such inherent qualities.

8. The Charges in the contract are based on the Studio/Photographer's standard price list. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.

9. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs or videos elsewhere without Studio/Photographer's permission, and violators of this Federal Law shall be subjected to its civil and criminal penalties.

10. This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modification of this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
